G'day!

Having grown up in Sydney I feel incredibly lucky to be surrounded by some of the worlds most beautiful, ancient & unique wilderness areas.  I first fell deeply in love with the Blue Mountains as a teenager - going on adventures with friends to explore the vast expanse of sandstone plateaux, wandering through valleys thick with majestic towering Eucalyptus trees & abseiling into slot canyons filled with Jurassic rainforest. We swam in secluded billabongs lined with tree ferns on sweltering hot days, quietly watched by gentle & curious marsupials, intoxicated with the scent of wildflowers & the quiet breathing of the forest.  It instilled in me a deep spiritual connection to this place, and a profound belief in the transformative power of nature.  My life has taken me on many journeys since then.  I've been blessed to have traveled widely across the world, connecting with amazing people and  breathtaking natural landscapes, but my deep sense of connection to the wilderness areas that surround Sydney seems to only grow stronger as the years go by.  It's my happy place and I'd like to share it with you.

FeelGood! Nature Tours' mission is to craft immersive small group wilderness experiences in the Blue Mountains, Royal and Ku-ring-gai Chase National Parks surrounding Sydney.  Helping people to connect with nature and cultivate a deep appreciation for the area's ancient Indigenous heritage, it's unique natural wonders & vibrant local culture.

By limiting group sizes to a maximum of 10, we create an intimate & nurturing environment where everybody is an intrinsic part of the overall experience.  The vibe is conversational, interactive and fun.  On a FeelGood! nature tour, everyone is made to feel special, and that their questions and insights are valued.

Our experiences differ from the vast majority of tours on offer in Sydney in that our intention is to immerse our guests within the natural beauty of the diverse & unique landscapes that surround us.  Rather than going to Scenic World and zoos, we combine short bushwalks that showcase the best of these wilderness areas with the large & expansive views to be had from the most famous lookouts.  Our expert guides, deeply passionate & knowledgable in the local flora and fauna, help visitors to observe native species such as kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, and birds in their natural habitats.  This, in combination with interweaving human narratives that honour both the Indigenous and modern history of the Sydney region, creates a much deeper understanding & appreciation for the multi-dimensional story of this special place.

We believe that visitors to our region are also looking for authentic local cultural experiences and flavours. Sharing food with others is a great way to bring people together in a spirit of fun & intimate connection.  Therefore, by partnering with quality local artisanal food & beverage producers, we want our guests to come away from our tours with a deeper connection to the local culture - as well as a bloody good feed!  We are committed to supporting the small businesses of the regions we visit as this mutual support fosters an environment where we all thrive.

A deep respect for the indigenous heritage of the area and conservation principles underpin all our activities.  10% of proceeds support local wildlife conservation.

At the end of the day, we strive to create experiences which leave our guests spiritually enriched, physically invigorated, and with a deep appreciation for this region's vibrant culture and biodiversity.  Rather than feeling like a tourist, we want our guests to feel like they've had a day out exploring with friends.
